Both hacked and attacked it seems. Twitter is still warding off the DDOS attack as of 12:31 PM EST. But priefly came back online around 12:15 PM . Twitter Client TwitterPowerline is still functioning and updating via Twitter’s API. Also SiteUptime is showing Twitter’s http status as being ok, and hyperspin shows http status ok for most USA cities other than Chicago.
